Fringe Salon and Spa has four Hair Designer levels:
New Talent: Stylist participating in 6-9 month advanced training program.
Designer 1: Two years of experience in creative cutting and styling.
Designer 2: Advanced stylist with four years of experience.
Master Designer: Experienced stylist capable of performing all services with a high degree of confidence and professionalism.
